Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These terms govern your use of coventrywatch.com and any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering.
Who you are contracting with
Coventry Watch is a trading name of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [FULL REGISTERED ADDRESS].
Contact: support@coventrywatch.com
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the above. "You" means the person placing the order.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a legally binding contract. We ship to United Kingdom addresses only.
How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not form a contract. The contract is formed when we dispatch your item and send you a dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil your order — for example, because an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred — we will tell you and refund you in full. We will not charge you for something we cannot supply.
Pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes. The shipping contribution is shown at checkout before you pay.
We take care with pricing, but errors happen. If we discover an error in the price of something you ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling. We will not simply charge you the higher amount.
Promotions
Where we run a promotion, the terms of that promotion — including any end date — are stated on the relevant page and are applied as stated. Promotional codes have no cash value and may not be combined unless we say so.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Images are representative; slight variation in colour is possible depending on your screen. If what arrives is materially different from what was described, that is a fault and our Refund Policy applies.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy and form part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation and returns
Your right to cancel within 14 days, and how refunds work, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the cancellation rights described in our Refund Policy.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Please don't use our site to do anything unlawful, don't attempt to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access, and don't scrape or copy it for commercial purposes.
Our content
The text, images, design and logos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent.
Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a licence to display it. Please keep it honest and lawful. We may remove content that is unlawful, defamatory or offensive.
Our liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else where the law does not allow us to limit it — and we would not want to.
Subject to that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, since we supply to consumers for private use.
Events outside our control
If something genuinely beyond our control — a strike, extreme weather, a carrier failure — delays your order, we will tell you as soon as we can and work with you. If the delay is substantial, you may cancel and we will refund you in full.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email support@coventrywatch.com. We aim to resolve every complaint within 5 working days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version live at the time you placed it.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
